I am in mood for some quick Indo-chinese food and when that happens, my first thought is – Manchurian. For those who are new to the concept of manchurian, it is basically a vegan, meat free meatball dish which is packed with delicious flavours and has a burst of various flavour notes : sweet- spicy, tangy and sour 🙂 I have been having such a craving for this that today when i browsed my blog for it and came across this recipe, i had to re-share with you all 🙂
This is easy to make and if you are anyone like me, it is impossible to eat just one !
Accompany it plain rice or jazz up your next meal by pairing it up with some quick stir fried noodles or fried rice 🙂
